It consists of a juicy biscuit with hazelnuts and a rich mousse filling, which makes it a perfect choice for special occasions or as a dessert for unexpected guests.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>For the biscuit:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 egg whites<\/li>\n<li>110 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li>150 g of finely chopped hazelnuts<\/li>\n<li>2 spoons of cocoa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>For the mousse:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g of cooking chocolate<\/li>\n<li>4 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>70 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li>320 ml of sweet cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<h3>Preparation of the biscuit:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Separate whites from yolks.<\/li>\n<li>Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Add finely chopped hazelnuts and cocoa, mix gently.<\/li>\n<li>Grease a round tray (diameter about 23 cm) and pour the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Check with a toothpick if the biscuit is baked.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Preparation of the mousse:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the chocolate and melt it on steam.<\/li>\n<li>Beat egg yolks with sugar in another bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Heat 60 ml of sweet cream until it boils, then slowly add it to the beaten egg yolks, whisking constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Add melted chocolate and mix everything well.<\/li>\n<li>Allow the mass to cool down to body temperature.<\/li>\n<li>In the meantime whip the remaining 260 ml of sweet cream.<\/li>\n<li>Gradually add the cooled chocolate mass to the whipped cream, stirring gently until everything is well combined.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Finalization:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Spread the prepared mousse filling over the cooled biscuit.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Serving<\/h2>\n<p>Serve cold, garnish with grated chocolate, whipped cream or fresh fruit if desired.
